Indications:

For temporary relief of minor aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with:
arthritis
muscular pains
strains
bruises
sprains

Dosage and Administration:

Adults, the elderly and children over 6:
Apply on the painful area 3-4 times a day for 7 days, while slowly massaging into the skin. Wash your hands thoroughly after each use. For muscular strains and stiffness it is best used after a warm bath.
Use sparingly on tender skin. 
Do not cover the skin immediately after application.
You should check with the physician or the pharmacist if you are unsure.

Contraindication:

If you are sensitive (allergic) to the active ingredients or to any of the other ingredients that this medicine contains.
If you are allergic to painkillers such as aspirin, ibuprofen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). 
On open wounds, damaged skin,  irritated skin, face, eyes and sensitive areas.
In babies and children under the age of 6 years.
